Greg D. Guida
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT, LEGAL AFFAIRS AND SECRETARY

An Isle of Capri Casinos Inc., team member for the past decade, Greg Guida currently serves as senior vice president of development, legal affairs and secretary. With extensive experience in the legal and regulatory aspects of the gaming industry, he is primarily responsible for Isle’s development activities, both foreign and domestic.

Prior to joining Isle of Capri, Greg Guida was associated with the law firm of Phelps Dunbar LLP, in Jackson, Mississippi, where he practiced in the firm's business and gaming sections.

He is a graduate of Louisiana State University, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also received a master's degree in business finance from Louisiana Tech University and received a juris doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. He is a member of the Mississippi and American Bar Association, and the International Association of Gaming Attorneys.
