Less than a year later, on July 12, 1996, the Isle becomes an even stronger operation with the addition of a second riverboat. | | 1998: | Isle of Capri Casino Black Hawk opens. | | 2000: | Through the merger with Lady Luck Gaming Corporation in March of 2000, Isle of Capri acquires properties in Iowa and Mississippi which would be later be rebranded as Isle of Capri Casino Marquette, Bettendorf, Natchez and Lula.
The Kansas City Flamingo Casino is acquired in June 2000 to be operated under the new name of Isle of Capri Casino Kansas City.
A new brand name for the Company dawns with the opening of Rhythm City Casino in Davenport, Iowa. | | 2001: | The Isle of Capri Casino Boonville opens on December 6. | | 2003: | Colorado Central Station Casino located in Black Hawk, Colorado joins of the Isle of Capri family of properties.
In December, we ventured into international waters with the opening of Isle of Capri Casino Our Lucaya located on Grand Bahama Island. | | 2007: | The Isle Pompano Park located on the historic grounds of the Pompano Park Racetrack commences slot operations on April 14.
June of 2007 marks the opening of the new Isle property in Waterloo, Iowa. | | 2010: | Rainbow Casino Vicksburg is acquired in June 2010. December 2010 – Missouri Gaming Commission selects Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. as the priority applicant in the next step to building a new Isle-branded property in Cape Girardeau, projected to open in 2012. | | 2012: | Isle Casino Cape Girardeau opens on October 30. |
